It’s never too early to start planning for holiday dinners, and with #thanksgiving in the states yesterday the holidays will now be in full swing! These Maple Dijon Roasted Brussel Sprouts are an easy one pan side that is tasty business both hot and cold. Link in the bio! #vegansidedish #brusselsprouts #holidaysides #whatveganseat #veganholiday #cashewsandkaleblog
Looking for an easy weeknight dinner? Try a hummus bowl! It’s quick, packed with protein and super satisfying. Use homemade or store bought hummus, and smear it in the bottom of your bowl. Top with chopped Greek salad veggies like cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions or some greens. Add roasted chickpeas for crunch if you have time and serve with some storebought pita. I also added a drizzle of pomegranate molasses for some flavour, Greek salad dressing would be good here too. To eat, simply scoop up the hummus and veggies with your pita. #vegan #whatveganseat #plantbased #whatsfordinner
Feels like September hit and so did fall here in BC! But this Summer Pasta from the blog is a surefire way to keep those summer vibes going while still feeling cozy like fall. Hard to see under all that fresh basil but I swear there’s sauce under there 😂 link in my bio!
Looking for a cozy meal to warm you up this cold November weekend? Try this easy one pot Red Lentil Dahl! Link in bio. #whatveganseat #whatsfordinner #vegan #plantbased #vegansofvancouver #onepotmeal
Looking for an easy side dish for dinner tonight? How about these Lemon Greek-style potatoes? Simple, ready in 1 hour and only 7 ingredients! Link in the bio #plantbased #vegan #greekpotatoes
